Kitchen Aid stand Mixer!!!

I love to cook and just recently purchased my first stand mixer. I have no clue HOW i survived with out it all these years! I Love it! I make my own pasta.. before I got my mixer I made homemade pasta maybe twice a month because mixing with a hand mixer or by hand is time consuming... Now I dump in my ingredients turn on the mixer and let it go! I do have to look at it occasionally but the mixer brings the dough together and even kneads it for me!!!!! I have free hands to go do something else! I made homemade pasta three times last week! It is SO easy with my stand mixer! I have made tons of desserts and other things in my mixer and I wonder how I could have ever lived with out one for so long! it makes cooking a breeze!
