Two tape decks

Three "music" setting, Pop, Rock, and Classic

Pros: quality sound,
Cons: no ability to tailor sound, no aux/out jacks

I bought two mini component systems for my daughters this Christmas. The Sony MHC-RXD2 was one of them. It has proved itself thus far to be a durable system with perfectly nice sound, but...(isn't there always a but!)...

I've resisted the urge to by myself the kind of sound system that sends high school boys into fantasy land. Living in a one bedroom, city, apartment means that having a 'real' stereo would just alienate me from my neighbors because I wouldn't be able to...

I don't believe that this system is as good as given credit. I hate the damned system and hate it.
