I have been using Verizon Wireless for over a year now. They are the greatest wireless company I have ever had. I never lose signal, I get coverage where none of my friends do, and I find there prices down right reasonable. For the Provo Utah area I recommend them 100% Verizon also has promotions quite often that can help with the monthly charges so pay attention and ask for those!

Let me start by saying, with very high confidence I can say that verizon wireless has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced with any private or public entity. I have been with verizon for two years and had a handful of dropped calls. Their coverage is excellent. When I started my service I purchased the LG VX-10. The phone began to malfunction almost immediately. I've had to replace the phone three times before its warranty expired (1 yr.) It turns out that the display problem was a manufacturers defect. When replacing the phone I never once received an apology for the inconvenience. In fact, quite the opposite! Their response was completely insouciant. I was with AT&T before and regrettably their coverage was awful but their customer service was excellent. They have merged with Cingular, so maybe that has improved their coverage. If you are looking for cellular service, DO NOT go through verizon. You will regret it eventually. Watch your back too. They will try to nickel and dime you to death!
