Pros: Low profile, works right out of the box. Detachable power and signal cables. Cons: Annoying ultra-bright blue light on front panel that can't be shut off without unplugging.
I wanted to get OTA HDTV reception (via Sylvania SRZ3000 set-top box), but only if I didn't have to mount an outdoor antenna and/or adjust the antenna every time I changed the channel. I live between 7 and 10 miles from all the stations I was hoping to ...

Don't Bother

Pros: None Cons: Does not work
I bought this on line thinking that a powered antenna might be better that the rabbit ears. It is not. I got better reception with the rabbit ears that came with the TV. Not sure how this company stays in business.

Good looks don't cut it.

Pros: Clean, low profile design. Simple installation. Cons: Too clunky to keep relocating. Glaring light in front. No improvement on more remote stations.
This antenna may look good, but it doesn't perform well. At least not in a city apartment. It was less adequate than my simple, unamplified Zenith with rabbit ears and simple UHF loop. Kept moving it around, up, down, sideways and no improvement occurred. The gain had to be kept at maximum to receive any sort of a picture and it was intolerable. This is much to clunky to keep trying to relocate than some other types of antenna. There are only a few network stations locally and the others are farther away, but still viewable. It was this antenna that was supposed to make the graininess disappear on those remote stations, but it did nothing to help. Consider something else, before trying the Jensen TV-920.
