These guys were not easy to find. They hide their identity by registering their URL under a 3rd party, their telephone numbers are not listed and not available by reverse directory, but they've had people register complaints with the BBB so I finally found them there.
Here's the info: They are really PC VIDEO MALL located at 417 5th Ave., New York, NY 10016 This alone would make it difficult for people to make claims against them. By the way, the Bureau has requested basic information from this company and has not received any response--another red flag.
There are complaints that have been closed--the complaints were:
Advertising Issues: 1
Credit/Billing Issues: 2
Delivery Issues: 1
Failure to Provide Promised Adjustment: 1
