Pros: Great Drive, fast, dependable, quiet, USB & Fire Wire, comes with all the cables needed.
Cons: Poor software package.

I like the drive, and have had no real problems with it. There is a firmware upgrade on the Sony website which can increase the write speed depending on your current firmware version. The packaged software is a different story. I don't like the sonic software, and I would have to recommend Nero, it is a lot easier and faster to use. The power adapter does have a fairly short cord as pointed out in a previous review.
