An Unbelievably Frustrating Experience

Two months ago I ordered a two room satellite system from Rapid Satellite, which includes one Tivo Directv receiver and one regular Directv receiver. Words cannot express the depth of incompetence at Rapid Satellite and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Problems with Rapid Satellite began almost immediately after I placed the order. When I received my equipment, the (regular) receiver for my master bedroom was missing. I phoned Rapid Satellite and another package was shipped. The second shipment, however, not only contained the missing receiver, it also included duplicate items of everything shipped the first time. Also, the regular receiver for which I had been waiting did not work. Amazingly, it took EIGHT phone calls to get this problem straightened out!
Two weeks after I finally received a replacement and it was installed, the receiver in my living room started losing color and sound. The thought of calling the idiots at Rapid Satellite to have this new problem resolved made my head go numb. Since the loss of color and sound was sporadic, I decided to wait for a few weeks before trying to get them to replace the equipment.
In the meantime, I started receiving automated phone calls from Rapid Satellites Collection Department. The computer was calling to tell me that my account was going to be turned over to a collection agency if I did not arrange to have my equipment installed, even though both receivers had been installed for at least two weeks. It took SIX extremely frustrating phone calls to get Rapid Satellite to remove my name from its automated collection system.
Please heed my advice and do not even consider doing business with these morons. You may be tempted to buy one of Rapid Satellites systems, because they offer some terrific deals. Resist the temptation! There obviously is a reason that Rapid Satellite offers such great deals - its equipment does not work and its Customer Service Department is staffed by complete idiots. If you ignore this warning, be prepared to experience the most unbelievable frustration imaginable.
Regarding the second receiver that does not work properly, I have made three phone calls over the past three weeks and Rapid Satellite still has not shipped a replacement.
