Pros: Friendly courteous staff. Pretty lobby. Clean grounds. Great pool side service.
Cons: Slight smell in room, needs new rec. room, ground around pool got extremely hot.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this if you stay in one of the suites over looking the water, then it's superb, but they are pricey.

We have a large family of 7. We stayed there in July of 2004. Lobby is nice. First condo on the fourth floor was o.k. Nice view, master bed comfortable, sofa sleeper was broken so you would get a head rush if you slept on it in the correct position, otherwise, if you turned around your pillow falls off bed. Moldy shower head in master bath, yuck! Second condo we upgraded to suite 101. When they said beachfront, they meant beach front. Two bedroom condo was nicer than first all around. Had a problem with the slight smell of vomit from somebody prior to us. They cleaned bedroom carpet and that helped somewhat, but still. They did warn us about it, though. We were either out of the room or if we were there we had all the sliders open to the beach and couldn't smell a thing until we closed them at night and then we could smell it a bit in one bedroom and occasionally a whiff from the couch. I freak out about stuff like this, but lived with it because the propinquity of the room, pool and beach were amazing! we were steps to pool and beach which was AWESOME!!!!! The service around the pool was great, prices are high, but you have to forget about that and have a good time! Free scuba diving in the morning at the pool. They need to up-date their arcade room which only has about four arcade games in it and is quite cramped. They cookware was hard for me to use because I am used to the Teflon type. This was all stainless steal. Rats, we had to eat out a lot! They need to connect their two pools with a river that has a current and put in some slides. We visited other really "fancy hotels," but you had to walk a much longer distance to get to beach from their "beachfront" rooms. So in conclusion, we will take a room that is nice, but definitely not fancy, on the beach and right near the pool and restaurant, over a four star one that is beautiful but makes keeping an eye on the kids and teens a hassle.
