I'm getting ready to buy satellite radio, including a boombox for use at home. Your review was balanced and insightful - had the voice of an intelligent consumer. Based on your remarks, I am going to get XM, and I will opt for for the SA1001 boombox. Thanks for posting such helpful remarks. I will try to do the same once I receive my skyfi 2 and SA10001 boombox.

Great review! Doesn't seem like a bad product. Before, I was thinking "gee, do I really want another bill to pay?" I still kinda think that, but I'm a techno geek, and I think that gets in the way. :)

Thanks for the outstanding review. There is a guy at work who received one of there when he bought a new Cadillac and gave it to me to check out for a while; I was seriously impressed. I am still thinking about getting one….
