Six months later no working laptop

Pros: none--nonfunctioning
Cons: poor technical service, did not live up to guarantee as of 6 months later

Pros: Worth the money and good customer service help
Cons: found nothing yet! to complain about
About a month ago my work decided that I needed to have a laptop
or something that I could do more work on and they bought me a Travel/max.
I have used a few computers and own a few and I have to be honest this one holds its own...
