excellent price, design could be better

Great hardware, software needs tweaking

Pros: Tons of storage, CD-RW, super light, great value
Cons: Over-aggressive power saving, glitches in supplied software

Small extravagances

AVOID THIS LAPTOP

Pros: Lots of features
Cons: NO SUPPORT, batteries die and can't be replaced, LCD problems
My company bought 6 of these for our sales VPs 18 months ago due to the great features list, including the cd-rw.

Of the original 6, 4 have SERIOUS problems. Most troublesome is LI batteries that die prematurely. There are NO replacements...
