Poor warranty support

Pros: Worked well, lots of storage
Cons: Poor warranty support
Purchased drive for my Nikon 5700 camera. Drive worked for about 3 months, but recently died. Had to return to Hitachi for replacement because IBM doesn't handle their own support. It took over 3 weeks to replace the drive. If you are counting on this being your only compact flash device, think twice. Vendor needs better warranty support process.
