Pros: Winfax 10.00 has been a great program for me. Cons: Tech support 30.00 per incident, Knowledge base so large difficult finding answers.
Supports XP is a misnomer. After getting a corrupted backup from 10.00 before upgrading (which "happens" I was told) and realizing that I lost all my fax data for last 6 months,I had the same issues when installing 10.02 that I had in 10.00, wound up ...

Pros: Functionally powerful. Used to be the best. Cons: VERY Unstable Causes freeze-up and disables Standby in Win XP. Bad support.

Very poor tech support

Pros: None. I've used other fax software. This is very poor. Cons: Will not answer calls. Neither does Technical Support
Never could make it answer calls except manually. Over an hour on hold every time, even with a "prioity case number."
