Minwax White Wash Pickling Stain is excellent for old floors

Pros: Lightens up dark floors. Looks like whitewash.
Cons: none
Excellent for old scarred wood floors, even previously painted. One quart does a huge living room. If covered by Polyurethane or Polycrylic, it lasts and lasts. It dramatically lightens up a dark room, and depending on how many thin coats you apply, gives a true whitewashed look. I am presently re-doing additional rooms. Even my kitchen which has a lot of traffic has lasted for 4 years! A great product. And it washes up with soap and water.
