Wow, one of the best e-tailers I have done business with. I was having problems with my internet connection so I called in the order. The sales person I talked to ( Beverly ) even checked to make sure it was in stock before she took my order.That was Wednesday morning and by Friday afternoon it was at my front door. NowOnSale.com is my first option from now on. Thanks, caaw.

I received my order sooner than expected. It was in excellent condition but I had to return it because it was too large for the space I was going to put it in.

When I e-mailed nowonsale.com, I received great customer service and was able to exchange the product with no hassles. I am very satisfied.

A short story, I ordered A Philips DVDR 1500 from Nowonsale. The unit did not work properly. I foolishly tried to work thru Philips to resolve the issue. Time consuming to say the least. The end result is I went past my thirty day purchase period with Nowonsale.

So I call them up and explain the situation. Instead of telling me tough luck your past the return period, the gal at the other end of the phone (Faghy I think her name was)said send it in we we will repair it at our expense.

So I send the unit in, and of course the problem I was having would not reproduce itself for the tech. So here I am expecting to get a defective unit back and be out $1100 dollars when Faghy calls me and says they gave me a credit.

Now thats customer service as it should be. They got to keep my money I was allowed to pick something else, a fair bargain I think.

Customer service is horrible...It is almost two weeks and I have yet to receive my item. They were quick to charge my credit card though. They do not answer e-mails and when I called them they lied about a new delivery date. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I guess I'll be calling my credit card company soon to notify them.

Lilghtning fast delivery, Ordered on a Monday, and received merchandise on Thursday afternoon! The price was great. Would definitely shop here again.

I was looking all over for the Cuisinart RED coffee maker until i bumped into nowonsale.com, they had a fair and good price on it, while the few others i found who had this in stock were all priced high

I placed my order with NOWONSALE.COM over a month ago and am only able to find out today (because I called them, like I have had to do the past two weeks) that the Item was on backorder and that they will not be receiving any more of that product from the manufacturer.

I was told the last time I called that I should call back weekly to find out what is happening. Today I was told that their system shows that they tried to contact me several times to let me know what was going on. I can assure you that is not the case as I have voice mail and would have gotten a message if they actually had called me. I believe someone was putting that they had called me into their system to cover them in case I had a complaint.

If I was you I would be very careful about believing what you are told if the item is backordered. I cannot speak to any other areas of their service, they may be spectacular, I can only tell how I was treated when a backorder is involved.

ordered a deep fry cooker on 2/11/05 and here it is 2/18/05 and no item. Emailed them twice and no reply. They were fast enough to bill my credit card. The funny part of it is that i am only about 150 miles from their location.

Right prices, fast ship (1 1/2 days), product availability, great website and helpful customer service. They were the only ones that carried the new Sanyo Rice Cooker ECJ-D55S 5.5 Cup and for $99, it was a great buy. Amazon doesn't even have it, they have the smaller 3.5 cup version for the same price, which I returned as soon as I stumbled across onsalenow.com via a Yahoo! product search.

About a week before Christmas I ordered a toaster oven from NowOnSale.com fully expecting to get it after the holidays. I was a little nervous because of all the horror stories that I've heard about Brooklyn-based on-line retailers, but since they had the best price and I wasn't in a hurry I thought I would try anyway. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!

Not only did they not charge an arm and leg for shipping, but they sent my item via Airborne Express for no additional charge, and it arrived two days BEFORE Christmas! I can't say enough good things about my shopping experience with NOS.com. In fact, I'm about to order another one right after I finish this review. :)

I ordered a product on Now on Sale.com and it was delivered to my door exactly 2 DAYS later !!! It was the fastest shipping and processing I have ever seen. Not to mention that shipping was free.
