Pros: Location (great!), price, nice/clean room
Cons: Broken AC, unfriendly employees, no phone book or concierge, smoking room when we chose non-smoking

Pros: Good location, good price
Cons: No AC, Unfriendly front desk staff, don't stay here in summer.
We stayed at the La Quinta Manhattan in the first week of May 2005. The only things we can think of that are good about this hotel is the location and the price. We recommend not staying at this hotel in the summer because the AC never worked in our ...

Convenience, location & Great value

Pros: Location, Overall condition of property, staff.
Cons: Can't think of anything I wasn't pleased with.
I recently stayed at the La Quinta Manhattan and could not have been more pleased. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was immaculate with a nice marble bath. Room was also good size. The location can't be beat. A definite find.
