"The Unreliable Cordless"

Pros: Easy to use and easy to setup.
Cons: Frequent dead battery. Poor noise reduction. Does not last too long.
We purchased our "FIRST" GE cordless phone w/digital answering machine in either 1998 or 1999. And it seemed like a pretty reliable phone at first. But we noticed that even after the phone was charged up for about 3 days, which is more than enough time...
